Health Guarantee

   All dogs sold and trained through Battle Ridge Kennels & K9 Services, LLC may be accompanied by current hip and/or elbow x-rays as well as up-to-date shot records to include rabies and heartworm tests. There is a 2 year guarantee on all dogs relating to hips and/or elbows. If within the two years the dog is unable to continue to work due to hereditary hip and/or elbow problems, the dog will be replaced. This does not include joint problems that have occurred due to an injury or neglect caused by the owner.

    For a period of twelve (12) months from the time the customer takes possession of the dog, if there are any health conditions that are determined to have been present at the time the customer first takes possession of the dog that renders the dog unable to work, Battle Ridge Kennels & K9 Services, LLC will replace the dog with a dog of the same breed and training.

    Battle Ridge Kennels & K9 Services, LLC will replace the dog with another dog but will not refund the purchase price or any costs associated with the purchase of the dog.

    It will be the responsibility of the initial purchaser to return the dog to Battle Ridge Kennels & K9 Services, LLC. Battle Ridge Kennels & K9 Services, LLC will incur the costs of delivering the replacement dog.

    Any dog spayed or neutered when initially sold intact cannot be returned and will void this guarantee.

    Battle Ridge Kennels & K9 Services, LLC reserves the right to have the dog checked by our veterinarian.

Training Guarantee

    At Battle Ridge Kennels & K9 Services, LLC we have strict demands concerning the dogs we train. We spend a great deal of time evaluating and testing a dog before the handler even sees the dog much less starts training. We try to evaluate the candidate in every conceivable scenario, however, there are times that we do return dogs that do not meet our high standards. We realize the importance of quality dogs and will not compromise the quality of dogs we put our name on for the sake of profit. Be careful of those who do.

    For these reasons we can guarantee that all dogs trained by Battle Ridge Kennels & K9 Services, LLC are guaranteed to pass national standards upon successful completion of our handler courses.

    Our goal is for every agency to be 100% satisfied with their new K9 partner before completing our handler’s course. If you are not satisfied, then will we work with you until you have gained that satisfaction and confidence in your abilities as well as your dogs’. It’s that simple!
